www.v-k-store.com may update these terms periodically. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by them. www.v-k-store.com may also modify, move, delete, or add portions of the Site, including content or technical requirements.

Unless otherwise noted, all materials on the Site—including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, and written or other content—are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress, or other intellectual properties owned or licensed by www.v-k-store.com. The Site as a whole is protected by copyright and trade dress laws.

All other trademarks, service marks, product names, and company names or logos appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

The content on this Site is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may download or copy materials for personal use, but no rights, title, or interest are transferred. You may not reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell, or exploit any content on the Site without prior written permission from www.v-k-store.com. Framing, deep-linking, or scraping the Site with automated tools is also prohibited without permission.

Returns/Exchanges – Custom Orders

All sales of custom orders are FINAL. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.

Order Cancellations

Custom orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order (Rush Orders excluded), under the following conditions:

  • Orders that have been printed or decorated cannot be canceled.

  • Canceled orders are subject to a 30% or $25 fee (whichever is greater), plus shipping costs (both outbound and return).

Shipping

Orders will be shipped via USPS (standard mail) or UPS (Ground, Express, Next Day) within the United States, unless otherwise arranged in writing with www.v-k-store.com.

Free Shipping: Applies only to the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
Excludes: Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, sale items, graphic tees, and orders with no minimum.

Partial Shipments: Some items may ship separately.

Note: www.v-k-store.com is not responsible for carrier delays (e.g., weather, logistics issues) beyond our control.

Out-of-Stock/Substitute Products

If an item is unavailable or discontinued, www.v-k-store.com will substitute it with a comparable item of similar quality whenever possible.

Comments, Feedback & Submissions

All comments, suggestions, ideas, emails, or submissions sent to vykstore@v-k-store.com in connection with your use of the Site will become the property of www.v-k-store.com, including all associated intellectual property rights.

Color & Ink Accuracy

We strive to display product colors and graphics as accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee monitor displays will reflect true product colors. www.v-k-store.com is not liable for any color discrepancies.

Designs with 5+ colors will be printed using a digital process. Custom Pantone colors are not available for digital prints and will be matched as closely as possible. Digital prints may appear less vibrant than on-screen images.

Product & Price Changes

Products and prices may change without notice. www.v-k-store.com routinely updates inventory and cannot guarantee all items are in stock at all times.

Duties, Taxes, and Licenses

All applicable duties, taxes, and licenses are the responsibility of the customer. www.v-k-store.com is not liable for delays or issues related to customs or unpaid charges.

Legal Compliance

You agree to use www.v-k-store.com only for lawful purposes. You may not upload or transmit content that violates laws, infringes on rights, or is defamatory, abusive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. www.v-k-store.com reserves the right to deny service or access to anyone who violates these terms.

Warranty / Limitation of Liability

Your use of the Site is at your own risk. The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. www.v-k-store.com is not liable for any damages resulting from the use—or inability to use—the Site or its contents.

Liability, if any, is limited to the value of the products or services involved in the transaction. www.v-k-store.com is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, even if advised of the possibility.

www.v-k-store.com is also not responsible for unauthorized access or alterations to user data or transmissions.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless www.v-k-store.com, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site or breach of this Agreement.

Governing Law

This Site is operated from the United States and governed by the laws of the state where www.v-k-store.com operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
